We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and market share objectives in the medical devices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, and providing exceptional customer support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop lasting business partnerships with key customers
* Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
* Provide clinical, technical, and commercial support to customers
* Conduct business planning and implementation throughout the area of responsibility
* Identify new business opportunities and determine client and market potential
* Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes to improve product and company performance
* Implement new product launches and corporate activities within the area of responsibility
* Attend relevant conferences and meetings
Requirements:
* 2 – 5 Years Hospital Sales Experience (Ortho Surgical Sales) or equivalent qualifications
* Full Clean Driving License
