Job Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage cost control, procurement and contract administration while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Oversee a diverse range of projects including private and public sector initiatives.
* Lead a project team and provide comprehensive cost management services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Develop and implement strategic cost management solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders to proactively identify and address issues.
* Maintain open communication with relevant parties to ensure timely updates in line with project requirements.
Requirements:
* RICS / SCSI Chartered status accompanied by a BSc in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent IT skills and report writing/communication abilities.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently allocate resources.
* Effective relationship management skills with the capacity to resolve issues promptly.
