Job Title: Human Resources Generalist-Maternity Contract
Job Description:
This is a busy and varied role that involves working closely with the Senior People Operations Generalist to support the execution of recruitment plans and manage on/off boarding experiences for all employees.
The main aim of the role is to ensure the organisation achieves its goals by creating and delivering on our people strategy and providing full people management service to all Managers and Employees throughout the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree or qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a People Operations Generalist role.
* Working knowledge of employment law required.
* Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office software essential including advanced Excel skills.
