The position includes both in-office tasks and opportunities for remote work.QualificationsStrong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, handling logistics, and ensuring efficient office operations.Experience with Executive Support and preparing Expense Reports efficiently and accurately.Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in organizational and time management, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with tools and software for administrative tasks, such as calendar management and expense tracking systems.Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and support occasional in-person events or meetings.Previous experience in office management or executive support is highly beneficial.
