* Job Summary:
* As a mechatronics technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of high-tech production systems. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
* Maintain and optimize PLC-controlled and robotic systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Support equipment installation, calibration, and commissioning to ensure seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
* Monitor and tweak PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement new projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Solid mechatronics or electrical background with a strong foundation in technical principles.
* Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens and Allen-Bradley are highly desirable).
* Experience with robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related technologies.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and P&ID schematics.
* Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
