As a Talent Sourcing Professional, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to drive business growth and success. Leveraging your extensive experience in recruitment, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with organisational objectives and market trends.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
4. Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Over 5 years of talent acquisition experience, showcasing expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and candidate evaluation.
* Proficiency in utilising diverse recruitment techniques, platforms, and tools.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
