Operations Support Specialist

* Lead end-to-end HR activities: recruitment, shift planning, and resourcing to meet production demands.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or Business; CIPD certification desirable. 3+ years experience in a senior HR role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
A strong background in employment law and HR metrics is essential for success in this position.
