Key Holder – What You’ll Do

* Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day.
* Rocking the branded customer experience, delivering exceptional service while managing sales, merchandising, and related tasks.
* Keeping an eagle eye on store security and acting as the guardian of the security system.
* Assisting customers in finding their perfect pair of shoes and other accessories.
* Supporting cashiers during busy periods.
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
* Promoting accessories and apparel to complement footwear.
* Acting to improve store performance and drive sales growth.
* Maintaining an appealing store appearance through merchandising.
* Championing the employee experience and fostering a cohesive team.
