OffalyRef No: DT18453County Offaly, Republic of IrelandJob Title: Slaughter Line ManagerReports to: Site ManagerOverall ResponsibilityFull responsibility for intake, processing, evisceration, and storage of livestock, ensuring the efficient running of slaughter line facilities.Reports102 Operatives1 Trainer/Charge HandMain ResponsibilitiesOversee slaughter line processes, carcass loading, and chill operations to meet required productivity levels.Work closely with maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and implement efficiency plans.
