• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Participate in training and development of the kitchen team
Candidate Profile: • 35 years experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchens
• Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Effective leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Food Safety and HACCP certified
• Passionate about delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
