Maintain time and production records.Ensure that the technical team deliver a service level required to maximise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Availability/ Performance & Yield.Application of structured problem solving to address issues and improve Quality or Output of areas under their responsibility.Communicate effectively to Senior Leadership on Root Cause, Corrective and Preventative Actions.Lead on maintenance and/or process/equipment issues across multiple process areas.Conduct Performance Excellence Assessments and Development plans to foster ongoing improvement.Ensuring conformance with all relevant Policies and Procedures.
