Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Maintain and grow revenue from existing clients through strategic planning, promotions, displays, and training. New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with the support of the business development team. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 5+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally within the kitchen, bathroom, or furniture marketplace. Account Management: Demonstrated experience in growing and managing accounts, generating new business, and key account management. Sales Capability: Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to upsell and meet customer expectations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
