Reporting to the Senior Trade Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in translating global strategy into unforgettable, best-in-class trade and brand experiences.This role focuses on delivering global trade show activations end-to-end, working closely with brand teams, agencies, markets, and partners to bring concepts to life with excellence and consistency. You will develop content, experience modules, and storytelling assets that capture the spirit of our brands and the ambition of SIP, while ensuring every activation reflects the standards of the Trade Advocacy CoE.Alongside trade shows, you will also support the delivery of broader advocacy and brand events, contributing tools, valuable educational content, and frameworks that strengthen hospitality knowledge and elevate how Pernod Ricard engages the industry. You will bring together creativity and operational rigour, helping ensure every touchpoint — from booth experience to educational moment — feels intentional, premium, and culturally relevant.What's involved?Deliver global trade activations and trade shows with excellenceLead the end-to-end delivery of Pernod Ricard's global trade activations and trade shows — from planning and creative development to production, logistics, installation, and on-site execution.Translate the global strategy set by the Senior Trade Engagement Manager into actionable activation plans that markets, brand teams, and agencies can execute consistently.Coordinate cross-functional teams, creative partners, markets, and production agencies to ensure every activation reflects Pernod Ricard's global standards and hospitality values.Ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints — managing timelines, vendors, compliance, readiness, build quality, and execution standards.Support additional brand or advocacy events as required, applying the same rigor and consistency across all formatsPartner with Communications to amplify activations through global and trade media, industry platforms, and internal channels.Lead Spirit/Liquid Awards submissions & industry recognitionOwn the end-to-end process for Liquid Awards submissions, ensuring Pernod Ricard brands are represented with excellence across global competitions.Define frameworks, tools, and storytelling assets that help markets and brand teams submit high-quality entries.Partner with Communications to create amplification plans that showcase wins across trade media, social channels, and internal networks.Position Spirit/Liquid Awards as a strategic Advocacy lever — reinforcing brand credibility, strengthening trade reputation, and enhancing industry influence.Develop compelling content, experiences & educational toolsSupport when necessary to create storytelling assets, experience modules, sampling frameworks, and hospitality-led content that elevate our presence at trade activations.Bring brand worlds to life through experiences that reflect the ambition of SIP and resonate with the global hospitality community.Your backgroundYou're a creative and highly organized experience-maker who loves bringing ideas to life with precision and flair.
