Job Description
Responsible for pastry mise en place and service in the restaurant’s kitchen.
Create and produce a range of quality pastries and a‑la‑carte style dishes.
Work in a modern dining environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commis chef – pastry.
Experience in a modern dining environment.
Food hygiene training or experience.
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and passion for food.
Position type: Full‑time permanent, 39 hours per week.
Salary: €36,650 per annum.
