A leading international insurance group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join its growing team. This role will support operational processes across the company’s medical and underwriting functions, ensuring the smooth handling of insurance applications and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate administrative operations related to medical selection and underwriting.
* Review and process incoming documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with internal teams, medical professionals, and external partners to facilitate accurate and timely case management.
* Maintain and update client and policy data in internal systems.
* Support reporting, process improvements, and quality control initiatives.
About You
* Proven experience in an administrative or operations role within insurance, reinsurance, or a related financial services environment.
* Strong understanding of medical selection processes or medical underwriting support.
* Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data systems.
