This will involve developing and expanding existing technology and also providing innovative solutions for identified technical challenges, with high visibility and extensive interaction with management and cross‑functional teams such as Analog and Digital Design, System Applications, and Marketing.Job LocationThe preferred location for this position is San Jose, CA, a vibrant city with many advantages that make it an attractive place to live.What you will be doing:Development of system models and architectures to drive next generation digital power management solutions.Definition and specification of advanced architectural circuits and systems for next generation products to satisfy product and market requirements.Selection and specification of key product building blocks.Supporting the delivery of architecture from modelling through to functioning silicon.Development and maintenance of detailed system models to match silicon performance.Correlation of models with existing and proposed IC databases to facilitate IC design and verification activities.Extensive interaction and collaboration with product definers and IC design.
