Salary: €75k - €80 Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with the company's growth and cultural vision Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to position HR as a key driver of business success and employee engagement Design and implement initiatives that promote belonging, recognition, and wellbeing Lead internal communications and engagement campaigns celebrating people and company values Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent, engaging candidate experience Support managers with succession planning and career pathway development Oversee HR operations, policies, and employee relations Utilise HR data and analytics to inform strategy and measure progress Manage HR budgets and report key people metrics to senior leadership Build strong partnerships with retail, warehouse, and support office leaders to ensure proactive and consistent HR support Requirements: Minimum 5+ years' progressive HR experience, including senior leadership within a retail or multi-site organisation Proven experience building engaged, high-performing cultures Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations Experience leading Great Place to Work or similar engagement programmes Commercial acumen with the ability to align business and people priorities If you are interested in this Group HR Manager role in Dublin, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
