West Lake coffee shop is an exciting coffee shop at Ballycuggeran beach, Killaloe, Co. Clare. We are looking for baristas that have exceptional customer service skills.
The candidate for this position should have:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* A good attitude and friendly manner.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers as they enter
* Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee, dairy, allergies etc).
* Prepare beverages following recipes.
* Serve beverages and prepared food, like pastries and chocolates.
* Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
* Keep the service area clean.
* Maintain stock and inform the manager.
* Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
* Comply with health and safety regulations.
* Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu item.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
