Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator Role
This senior-level position involves working with an experienced pre-construction team to coordinate bid teams, colleagues, and clients. Key responsibilities include managing cost estimates, contributing to optioneering and feasibility assessments, and liaising with clients and consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate cost estimates at various stages of project development and design maturity.
* Contribute to strategic planning and feasibility studies, value engineering proposals, and collaborate with project teams.
* Establish strong relationships with clients, designers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders.
* Organize and manage tender documents, correspondence, enquiries, and quotations.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates from first principles using specialized estimating software.
* Participate in bid preparation and review meetings.
* Compile tender summary information and priced risk and opportunity registers.
