The Store Performance Director will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of their store. Their primary focus will be on delivering results, developing their team, and driving continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture, ensure all safety procedures are followed, and identify potential hazards.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
* Sales & Performance: Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, monitor departmental sales performance, and implement strategies to drive results.
* Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, resolve customer queries efficiently, and implement improvements where needed.
* Administration & Compliance: Manage cash handling, budgets, and administrative systems effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations.
