5/7 Monday-Friday 7-3 Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage catering operations from planning to execution • Meet with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, and preferences • Create menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance during events • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently high • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for catering supplies • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations • Handle on-site event logistics, including setup, service flow, and breakdown • Resolve issues quickly and professionally during events • Track expenses, prepare reports, and support budgeting efforts Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of food safety standards and catering best practices • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience in hospitality, catering, or event management
