We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team working in Wexford.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with cost planning, measurement, and procurement.
Support in the preparation of tenders, budgets, and cost reports.
Monitor project costs and progress against budgets.
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Help ensure compliance with company procedures and project specifications.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in residential development (preferred).
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cubit estimating software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full clean driving licence is preferable but not essential.

Pay: €40,471.65-€90,672.46 per year
