Your Skills
* Experience in configuring and managing systems, particularly Oracle HCM and CoreHR Payroll.
* Highly desirable HR Business Process Knowledge and understanding of HR business processes.
* IT Operations Experience.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Proven track record in dealing with complex issues proactively and timely.
* Ability to communicate information effectively to others.
* Highly motivated, working to the highest professional standards.
* Ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose solutions.
* Ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements.
