Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be working with a leading aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a Newly Qualified Accountant to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
* Prepare annual and quarterly financial statements under IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
* Liaise with auditors.
* Oversee period close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
* Provide accounting and commercial input on various transactions.
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
Core Competencies:
* Newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
* Preferably experienced in aircraft leasing financial reporting.
* Proficient in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOx environments.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
* High quantitative ability, problem-solving under tight deadlines.
