Field Sales Manager Midlands & South of Ireland Representing a Leading Door Manufacturing Company I am very excited to partner with a well-established and highly respected door manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join their team and cover the Midlands and South of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand, selling into group builder providers and independent hardware stores. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This position requires a confident and self-driven sales professional who can build long-term relationships and consistently meet targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Sell the full range of door products into trade customers, including group builder providers and independent hardware stores. Deliver product demonstrations, promotions, and training where required. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular sales updates and reports. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years sales experience or strong industry-related knowledge (doors, joinery, hardware, or construction products). Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
