This role involves overseeing the management of a residential development project from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing and directing activities to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies
* Maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and prompt resolution of issues
* Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, contractors and other relevant professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Evaluate progress regularly against predetermined milestones to identify areas for improvement or potential risks that may impact overall success
* Ensure adherence to industry standards for quality assurance as well as company policies on health & safety at all times.
