This role is vital in ensuring that Brightpath Healthcare supports staff across all areas and maintains a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace that ultimately contributes to better patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clinical and administrative managers to identify staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals and support staff.Oversee induction and orientation programmes to prepare employees for success within a healthcare setting.Support tailored onboarding and integration programmes for international nurses, helping ensure a smooth transition into the workplace and local community.Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness, discretion and confidentiality.Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements and payroll coordination.Maintain accurate HRIS records and produce workforce reports to support decision-making.Assist with performance management processes, including setting objectives, feedback and staff development plans.Contribute to initiatives that support staff engagement, retention and well-being, with an understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare workers.QualificationsA third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).2–4 years' experience in HR, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment.Previous experience supporting the onboarding of international healthcare professionals is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; ability to interpret and present HR data.A demonstrated ability to balance employee advocacy with organisational priorities.Why Join Brightpath Healthcare?Play a meaningful role in supporting the people who deliver life-changing care.Be part of a collaborative healthcare team driven by compassion, integrity and excellence.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development within healthcare HR.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, CO.
