Your Role at HubSpot
As a Corporate Account Executive you will engage directly with medium- to corporate-sized businesses, helping them grow through proactive and inbound selling strategies.
You will find and close new business while increasing the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time, acting as a trusted advisor and business consultant throughout the end-to-end sales process.
Responsibilities of a Corporate Account Executive
Develop and own your annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
Identify new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads.
Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
Close new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, including directly to C-level.
Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy as new features and products launch.
Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
Answer Legal, Security, and Procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Security to resolve complex contract requirements for corporate customers.
Role Requirements
4+ years of closing sales experience.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus.
Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Track record of high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them.
