Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Lead Generator to join our team. You'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn and Google.
* Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM system.
* Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies.
* Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
* Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
Qualifications:
* At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with the right skills will also be considered).
* Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
* Familiarity with using Google for prospect research.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
* Proficient in social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred:
* Previous experience in or knowledge in Financial Services is a plus.
Salary: €30,000
OTE: €50,000 with incentives for lead generation and business completed.
