This role offers strong career progression, competitive salary and benefits, and the opportunity to work across regional, national and commercial surfacing projects.What You'll Do• Oversee and supervise asphalt concrete resurfacing works across multiple sites• Coordinate site crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget• Manage materials, productivity, resource planning and cost control• Asssist in the maintainance of Site-Specific Safety Plans and ensure full compliance with safety standards• Lead daily site documentation including assessments, audits, records and invoicing measures• Liaise directly with clients and contract management teams• Support tendering and procurement activities as requiredWhat You Bring• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management• Experience in civil engineering, pavement/surfacing or roadworks (preferred)• Strong communication and organisational skills• Full clean driving licence• Safety leadership mindset; Managing Safely in Construction card is an advantage• Commitment to continued professional developmentWhy Join Us?• Long-established, family-owned business with 20+ years in Asphalt Concrete & Macadam production• Opportunity to grow within an expanding Civil Engineering Division• Competitive package, training and career development
