We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive transactional sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an assigned base of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request and coordinate with teams to manage the full order lifecycle.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Share pricing updates and product news with customers via Odoo and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
* 13 years experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
