Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in project or program management within an organization. Experience with stakeholder management. Preferred qualifications: Experience in adopting AI solutions to optimize individual and team workflows. Experience working within agile sprint models or similar frameworks. Proficiency in meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow through. Proficiency in SQL or data visualization (e.g., business intelligence platform) to generate interpretable insights from program data. Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment. Ability to develop clear documentation defining solution scope, milestones, and task-level deliverables.
