We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team.
Someone with a genuine passion for working with children and working as part of a team.
This position is part time.
Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00am-1:30 PM and 8:00-4:00 Wednesday.
Requirements:
Minimum QQI Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent).
Up to date First Aid, Children's First, Fire Safety, Manual Handling and HACCP.
Knowledge of Aistear, the National Curriculum Framework and Siolta, the National Quality Framework.
A willingness for Continuous Professional Development training throughout the year.
A successful candidate will be required to undergo Garda Vetting prior to commencing employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment for all children.
Support children's learning and development through an inquiry-based curriculum, in line with Aistear and Siolta.
Work collaboratively with parents, colleague's, management and all stakeholders.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene in line with our policies and procedures.
Salary is competitive and on a scale based on Qualifications.
The position is immediate start dependent on notice period and Garda vetting.
