OverviewFidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, with a focus on the Delinea product suite, including Server Suite, Secret Server, and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM). This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Delinea solutions are effectively aligned with Fidelity’s cybersecurity policies and operational goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Delinea-related initiatives.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Delinea Server Suite, Secret Server, and EPM implementations and enhancements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development and engineering teams.
Conduct data analysis to support Delinea products across various enterprise environments.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve access management processes and compliance.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos to ensure alignment and understanding.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of Delinea tools.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to privileged access management.
Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of new features and upgrades.
Maintain documentation and training materials for end users and support teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cybersecurity domains.
Hands-on experience with Delinea products, including Server Suite, Secret Server, and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
Strong understanding of privileged access management principles and cybersecurity frameworks.
Familiarity with operating systems including Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and macOS.
Experience working in Agile environments and writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Delinea certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified Administrator or Engineer).
Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools and integrations.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
