A leading, high‑volume manufacturing organisation within a highly regulated environment is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician for its Monaghan site.This is a shift‑based role, supporting a modern production facility where reliability, safety and compliance are critical. The successful engineer will play a key role in keeping plant and equipment running efficiently, safely and to exacting quality standards.ResponsibilitiesCarry out reactive and planned electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot and rectify breakdowns quickly to minimise production downtime.Complete maintenance documentation accurately and communicate work completed across shifts.Support preventative maintenance schedules to improve plant reliability.Ensure all work is completed in line with GMP, Health & Safety and permit‑to‑work requirements.Adhere to LOTO systems and report any safety concerns, near misses or incidents.Maintain strong working relationships with production and engineering stakeholders.CriteriaTime‑served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.ONC / BTEC Level qualification (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.Proven ability in electrical and mechanical fault‑finding and planned maintenance.Comfortable working continental day and night shifts.Experience within pharmaceutical, food or other regulated environments is advantageous.RewardCompetitive salary with shift premium.Strong benefits package including pension, healthcare support and generous annual leave.Excellent long‑term career development opportunities within a stable and growing manufacturing group.Modern site with a strong focus on safety, engineering standards and employee wellbeing.
