This is an exciting time to join this company and there are going through a huge expansion phase at the moment and into 2026.About the PositionWorking closely with the commercial director, you will become the main central support in providing expertise in the area of cost management, project management, quantity surveying and capex management for a range a residential project across the country.Experience/RequirementsWithin this role you are will:Manage a portfolio of projects from an overall delivery perspective.Responsible for estimating and costings of works requiredManage and develop a team of PM’s QS’s and Cost ManagersReport to senior directors in project plans and developments.Manage the legal aspects of the contracts.Risk and Compliance managementProcess ImprovementsManage preconstruction through to completionFor this role you are required to have:8 years’ experience in a Property environmentA related qualification, RISCExperience in engineering and constructionResidential Construction is essentialExperience in large scale construction programs.Development QS or PQS backgroundA full driver’s licenseRemuneration PackageThe client offers an excellent package along with benefits.
