Telesales/Inside Sales Representative Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
* Engage with existing and previous customers to identify new sales opportunities.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
* Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Deliver outstanding customer service while optimizing sales potential and customer satisfaction.
* Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
* Prepare and issue customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
* Support the sales team and management with administrative and operational tasks.
* Generate reports and maintain accurate sales and customer service records.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Provide support and cover for team members when needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales, ideally in a similar industry.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
