The Role
As a Parts Advisor within our Aftersales Department, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional standards our Jaguar Land Rover customers expect. You'll be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts to both trade and retail customers, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or online. Your attention to detail and customer-first mindset will help keep our workshops running smoothly and our customers on the road.
