Job Title: Senior Support Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Support Associate.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
* Housekeeping Duties:
o Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, en-suites, corridors, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
o Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
o Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free from hazards.
o Manage waste disposal in accordance with facility policies.
o Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
* Laundry Duties:
o Collect, sort, and process residents' personal clothing and facility linens.
o Operate industrial washing and drying machines safely and efficiently.
o Iron, fold, and organize clean laundry for distribution.
o Ensure all laundry is returned to the correct resident or storage area promptly.
* Kitchen Assistant Duties:
o Assist the Chef and kitchen team with basic food preparation (e.g., washing vegetables, preparing snacks).
o Assist with the serving of meals and beverages to residents in the dining room or in their rooms, ensuring a positive dining experience.
o Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils and ensure the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy.
o Adhere to all food safety (HACCP) standards and guidelines.
