Job Title: Project Manager - Project & Change ManagementLocation: DublinJob Type: Full-time up to 370 Euros per dayOverviewThe Product and Services Optimization Team supports optimization initiatives across a wide portfolio of tools and processes related to critical datacenter environments. We are seeking a Senior Business Program Manager with deep experience in project and change management, a passion for process improvement, and a sharp ability to drive transformation across cross-functional teams.You will be instrumental in ensuring that optimization initiatives are deployed successfully across datacenter operations, enabling operational excellence and sustainable innovation at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management: Drive initiative deployment across managing end-to-end release readiness, deployment activities, and mitigating risks that impact scope, quality, or timeline.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to deploy complex programs with minimal oversight. Communicate program objectives, risks, and status clearly across stakeholders.Change Management: Define vision and strategy for change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organization. Guide teams through transitions with clear planning and execution.Process Improvement: Leverage data to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and implement streamlined processes that enhance operational efficiency.Business Enablement: Produce executive-ready collateral including proposals, strategy documents, and stakeholder communication materials aligned with business goals.Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and positive change agent.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on project management experience.2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical or non-technical teams.2+ years of demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement operations.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).Preferred:Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels across an organization.Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with engineering methodologies.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) strongly preferred.Comfort navigating ambiguity and using data to drive decisions.
