We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations for a residential services business in Galway.
This role
manages a team of ***** field engineers
, ensuring smooth delivery of installations and maintenance, while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team & Resource Management:
Lead and coordinate field engineers, manage scheduling, tools, vehicles, and equipment
Operations & Service Delivery:
Oversee day-to-day operations, implement efficient workflows, ensure timely service and resolve issues quickly to meet customer expectations.
Customer Satisfaction:
Work closely with the Customer Service Team to handle escalations, monitor feedback, and continuously improve service quality and responsiveness.
Financial & Performance Oversight:
Manage budgets, control operational costs, monitor KPIs and SLAs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Inventory & Supply Chain:
Oversee inventory levels, maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment to engineers.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits and ensure all team members are trained and compliant with health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in operations management within a service-based industry
Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
Proficient in budget management, KPIs and operational reporting
Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
