We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Home Manager in a children's residential service in Garristown, Dublin,
Successful candidate will manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose and ensure the maintenance of a safe and caring environment in accordance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards and our clients' Policies and Procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care/Work
- 4 years' experience of working in a social care environment with children
- A full clean driving licence with access to own transport.
- Previous management experience preferred
- Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding
- Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry
- Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
- Full driving licence
- Flexible approach to meet business needs.
