An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Public and Regulatory Solicitor (2–3 years’ PQE) to join a leading Dublin firm as part of their expanding Public and Regulatory team.
You’ll advise a broad range of professional and regulatory bodies on investigations, enforcement, disciplinary proceedings, and public law matters, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile cases. This role offers strong career progression, autonomy, and the chance to work within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise regulatory and professional bodies on fitness to practise and disciplinary matters
Prepare and present cases before disciplinary committees, boards, and tribunals
Advise on Superior Court litigation, including judicial review and statutory appeals
Provide advice on statutory interpretation, regulatory powers, and compliance issues
Manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service standards
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE in Public, Regulatory or Administrative Law
Experience in litigation, particularly judicial review, is highly desirable
Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Commercially aware, proactive, and organised with strong attention to detail
Team player with the ability to manage a busy workload independently
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
Regulation of financial or technology service providers
EU regulatory law (particularly in the financial or technology sectors)
