The Probation Service is seeking to appoint staff members who will support the supervision and management of offenders in an appropriate level.
* Supporting teams in managing the supervision of low risk offenders on Community Service Orders
* Liaising with team members in monitoring individuals under their care
To be successful as a probation assistant, you should have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
* An understanding of community-based programs for offenders
* An ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels, including those with complex needs and concerns
