Job Title:
Contract Manager
As a Contract Manager, you will drive an embedded Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture creating a continually progressive culture that prioritizes safety.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project. The role includes managing site operations, workflow, and quality control ensuring adherence to regulations and overseeing technical queries and RFI interfaces with clients, consultants, and architects.
Responsibilities include leading all aspects of Project Team functions including PEP, Risk & Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management, and Project Close Out. This includes compiling and implementing the Project Execution Plan focusing on the HSE & Quality plan as well as preparing contract reports and providing updates to monthly cost meetings reviewing buildability and identifying methods to improve construction efficiency and costs.
Develop project plans and schedules executing them to achieve agreed outcomes and coordinate project activities according to the company's Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications. You will manage the day-to-day lifecycle of projects from initial stages through handover meeting objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
