*ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN - SandyfordBUILDING OPERATIONS & FACILITIES ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL - OFFICE SITEREPORTS INTO: FACILITIES LEAD TECHNICIANABOUT THE ROLE:*A Facilities Electrical Technician role working within the facilities managementfunction of one of JLL's key Client portfolios.SHIFT PATTERNMONDAY - FRIDAY7am-4pm; or 9am - 6pmThe Facilities Electrical Technician is responsible forperforming routine reactive and preventative building maintenance tasks. This can include tasks in one or more fields for example,electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning,plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs.Delivering day to day support to ensurethe smooth running of our facilities service providing exceptional customerexperience within our Client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the on-site facilities team to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are completeResponsible for operations of M&E equipment within the office (e.g. UPS, CRAC, generator, BMS, Alarm System, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioning in Office, Water protection system and Drainage Systems) to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirementsSupervise maintenance work executed by vendors to ensure safe and quality works are delivered Provide a first line fix and competency in terms of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen power issuesConduct quality audits including furniture and equipment on a regular basis, logging all issues, ensuring actions are completed on time and in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)Complete daily checks in line with the delivery of committed servicesWork closely with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, conducting risk assessments and following safety protocols, ensuring complianceWork with the internal Task system to keep track of all requested facilities work and close out actions according to Service Level AgreementsProvide appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts and face to faceWork collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service focused approachMake recommendations to leverage innovations whilst utilising technologies for the Client where required to improve site performance and maintenance practicesWork in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendorsWork as part of the sustainability drive to reduce utility consumption across the site*WORKING LIFE*On a daily basis you will be working across a large office site in Dublin. The main business language spoken in our offices is English.On occasion you will be required to attend emergency call outs to ensure business continuityYou may be required to work within another site on the contract within the same campus to cover team times off.About YouYou have direct Facilities/Building/Operational electrical experienceYou have a technical qualification and/or trade licenseYou have experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management system for managing Preventative Planned MaintenanceElectrical biased experienceYou can meet tight deadlines and work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approachYou are open and have strong written and verbal English language skillsYou strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvementYou are proficient with Word and Excel and have a keen interest in technologyYou are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day
