Equipment Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Manager to join our team at Galway Bay Golf Resort.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and repair of golf course equipment and machinery.
* Repair and maintain golf equipment, heavier plant, and vehicles.
* Maintain proper operating functions of golf course machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum experience after qualification is one year. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge of golf course equipment and machinery.
* Effective services, inspection, maintenance, and repair work on equipment.
* Fault finding and repair of petrol/diesel engine equipment.
* Identifying parts needed for repair and maintenance of equipment and liaising with suppliers.
Requirements:
Competence in schematic drawings and electronic faults is essential. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
