* Production Schedules – Maintain and update daily or as required by the Processing Production Manager, machine production schedules.
* Continuous improvements – Lead the analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of existing manufacturing processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process improvements throughout Jamestown's Manufacturing facility.
* Production Handovers – Prepare and issue as required by the Processing Production Manager and Fabrication Production Manager Handovers to production supervisors.
* Consumables – Manage the storage, purchasing and stock of consumables for cutting machines, Drills, welding lines and welder machines.
* Maintenance Administration – Order as instructed by Maintenance team, parts for machines/forklifts etc. Chance suppliers for delivery of same.
* Maintenance Schedules – Develop and maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules for main factory machines, cranes and forklifts.
* CAD Nesting – On an ad hoc bases, nesting for cutting machines will be required.
