About Your New Job
Talented and dedicated interior professionals are required to join us as we continue to shape the built environment. This is a senior role, involving:
1. Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through to completion.
2. Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal design teams and external partners to translate design concepts into practical, high-quality built environments.
3. Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, including supervising teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and conducting quality checks.
4. Client Liaison: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Budget & Cost Management: Manage project costs, track spending, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Problem-Solving: Proactively address any challenges that arise during the project, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
You need proven experience in office fit-outs, refurbishments, or interior design and build projects, as well as strong knowledge of the interior fit-out process, including design development, site management, and construction methods. A qualification in architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is also required, along with experience working with Irish building regulations.
