Full training will be provided by ALS.Job DutiesRegistration of foods sample details on LIMS Computer systemLabelling samplesArranging sample collections, including booking van services and organising driver runs each weekLiaising with customers and driversAnswering telephone calls from customers or publicGeneral office administrationQualifications/ExperienceExcellent data entry and administration skillsGreat communication skills, both written and verbalA flexible, honest and reliable approach with proven track recordWilling to work as part of a team to meet tight timescalesAn ability to organise their daily tasks effectively and be proactiveHold a full clean driving licenceLaboratory, administration or food industry experience would be an advantage but not essentialHours of Work: 20 hours per week worked across Monday-Friday between the hours 8.00am – 3.00pm.
